• Account data: full name, email address and login credentials.
• Order data: the plans and services you buy, order references, purchase and transaction history.
• Device information: device model and operating system, used to check eSIM compatibility and provide installation instructions.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, collected through server logs and, where you consent, cookies.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers, which process your payment data under their own privacy policies.

• To create and manage your account, process your orders and deliver your eSIM or other purchased services (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To provide customer support, keep the Service secure, and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To send you service notices such as order confirmations, usage alerts and important changes (performance of a contract and legitimate interests).

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary and only with recipients that support the Service:

• Connectivity and travel service partners that fulfil your order (for example eSIM suppliers and mobile network operators).
• Payment service providers that process your payments.
• Hosting, infrastructure, email delivery and customer-support tools.
• Professional advisers, public authorities and courts where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Italian tax and accounting law (generally up to ten years). Support communications are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up claims. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to our legal retention duties.
