3. eSIM Plans, Payments & Refunds

• All eSIM purchases are final.
• Data plans are valid for the specific duration and region stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds may be issued in cases of technical failure where the eSIM cannot be installed or used, subject to our troubleshooting and verification process.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simific shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
